How Personalization Works

Ordering something personal should feel simple. Here's how it works, from choosing a design to shipping day.

1. Choose your design

   Pick a product, then choose the style, size and quantity that suit your project.

2. Add your exact details

   Enter the names, address, date or wording you want printed in the personalization box, along with any design notes. Double-check spelling and punctuation before adding the item to your cart.

3. Place your order

   Check out with an email address you check regularly, in case we need to confirm a detail with you.

4. We print and ship

   Orders are printed and packed within 24 hours of ordering and shipped the following business day. Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout.

Ordering logo stickers?

Choose your size and quantity on the Custom Logo Stickers page. After checkout, email your logo to info@signology.net with your order number. Use the notes box for colors or wording.

PNG, SVG, PDF, JPG or HEIC files work best. If you're not sure which file to send, email us and we'll help.

Tips for a smooth custom order

• Type it exactlyUse the capitalization, spelling and punctuation you want printed. Each label is custom made to order, so all sales are final.
• Check your inboxUse an active email address so we can reach you if a detail needs clarification.
• Ask before orderingIf you need a special color, size or quantity, email us first.
